Team V was founded 6 years ago, combining accounting and technology services together. The company is a business marriage of sorts between Doug Venesky, General Manager of accounting firm Venesky & Company, and Steve Vicario, a web developer who started fixing computers and working on code as a middle-schooler in Central New York.
Team V creates solutions for accounting and technology arenas, keeping customer service at the forefront, and ensuring their success by valuing continuing education – taking on projects that refine their combined skill-sets.
Now, the pair build apps and custom software for clients, using a personalize approach meeting and most often exceeding clients’ needs. They foster a true partnership in the workplace and bring that philosophy to their clients.
Venesky and Vicario looked through their archives to share some memories of how they first got started. Venesky’s father founded Venesky & Company 48 years ago; while Vicario recalled reaching out to a mentor to help him network and expand his business.
