Team V launched NYSAWWA Conference Management & Scans app version 4.0 to the App Store and Google Play. The new version has been completely redesigned.
The app allows administrative users to set up events and add attendee data for those who are participating in the event. The app also generates unique barcodes for all attendees that are only accessible through the app’s built-in scanning system.
Moderators are assigned to specific sessions. They use their iPhone or Android cameras to scan attendees in and out from sessions of their choosing. Moderators also are assigned to specific sessions and cannot access data outside of their assigned sessions.
Attendees can download the app, scan their own barcode, and track their progress throughout the multi-day event.
Lastly, administrators can review each attendee’s sessions and autogenerate certificates of completion.
