On a Rural Health Mission…

Pivital Public Health Partnership is a non-profit affiliation of eight (8) county Public Health Departments within the Fingerlakes Region of New York State. Pivital’s primary focus is to improve the health and well-being of Finger Lakes residents by promoting health equity in populations who experience disparities.

Pivital hired us to convert their website from a DIY website into a customized work of art. Our goal was to completely modernize the design while simultaneously enhancing the user experience.

We focused our efforts towards creating a custom drag-and-drop page editor that allows the Pivital team to easily update and manage content without needing advanced technical skills. This tool offers flexibility and efficiency, enabling the organization to keep information current and relevant for its users.

Their new website features a member discussion board and resource center, which combine to form a centralized hub for important public health information. Together, these enhancements aim to improve communication and accessibility, ensuring that the Pivital Public Health Partnership can effectively support and engage with their community and team members.
